Yes, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and level of concern that the seller showed for my order. It was very clear that not only was she interested in making the sale but equally important was that I have a good experience with my doll. I cannot say enough good things about her and her company. I was a Customer Service Rep for over 20 years so when someone delivers excellent Customer Service to me, I take notice.
