Yes, the seller served as an excellent customer service rep. I had some changes I wanted made on the doll and she made sure that it was built as I wanted. I also wanted some reinforcement on the packaging as I have seen some horror stories of boxes or dolls getting damaged in the shipping process which resulted in either damage to the doll or an embarrassing delivery. The seller worked with the shipping company to see what reinforcements could be made and got back to me quickly.
